Aishling Hennessy

As an art educator for the past 15 years, Aishling has facilitated many groups of children and adults alike, throughout Laois and Kildare.

She has ran her own Art classes for children intermittently , since 2007 and recently opened her own art studio - Bosatori Art Hub - in a business hub in Portlaoise, where she creates her abstract paintings and teaches art to children - 4 days a week.

Aishling has been awarded the Artist in Schools Scheme through Laois County Council in 2016 and 2022. She just completed a Wellbeing and Arts Programme (which she developed) with Maryborough National School, Portlaoise.

Aishling has also been employed by primary schools to create murals and through many other artistic projects in the past 15 years.

Aishling has worked extensively with Community groups since 2008 in creating engaging and dynamic programmes that learners feel inspired by.

Aishling is passionate about art being a way children and adults grow as individuals and feel encouraged to see Art as accessible and fun.
