This mantra has been with me from the beginning. I developed it while in 2nd Year of Art college while going through a difficult time.

I began by creating 3 symbols in my paintings and repeated this sequence until a desired image revealed itself to me. Sometimes organic forms - other times triangular shapes. Three's, trees, 3's! Obsessively, wherever I went it was threes. It allowed me to break free from destructive behaviours at that time and in a way distracted me into being present.

Still to this day, I obsess over numbers and seeing patterns in places and in nature. It allows me to feel I belong here.

Its has guided me and has bought me back to my essence - time and time again.

From my Head - to my Heart - to my Hands.
